Backtagging: Always and forever. I try and keep on top of tags but RL does interfere at times. If you want to continue something, feel free to drop me a PM
Threadjacking: Yes.
Breaking Forth Wall: Yes to a limited-degree. His canon is pretty meta at times.

Out of Character.

Hugging: Despite being a special ops guy in a high tech murder suit, North is pretty laid back and will probably not object to casual touch or hugs. He's more likely to offer a comforting hand on the shoulder than a hug however but if given, he probably won't reject it.
Kissing: If he's attracted then he's not going to object.
Flirting: Sure, he might even try and flirt back but it'll probably be comically fail.
Shipping: His canon has little information about North's orientation. I personally see him as nursing a bit of a one-sided attraction towards Tex but I'm open to exploring slash pairings if it makes sense and isn't forced for the sake of slash.
Sex Not without a lot of previous CR. He's not the jump into someone's bed on a whim type.
Punching/Fighting: Absolutely. But you'll forgive him if he punches back.
Injuring Character: He's a professional soldier, injuries are to be expected. That being said, I'd appreciate it if you talk to me ahead of time about any maiming or major injuries.
Killing Character: He's already dead. ^^; Which is to say it's possible?
Mind Control/Reading: Go for it, he's got no way to tell the difference one way or another.
